The
proposed design converts an existing pub and games rooms to a Gastro
Pub Restaurant and Twelve Room Bed and Breakfast. A planning
application was submitted for change of use for upper floors which
was granted. Technical Design was carried out for the refurbishment
and conversion, along with conceptual design
for the proposed bar on the ground floor.
