URBAN DESIGN & MASTER PLANNING:
Through our experience, we recognise the value of a successful masterplan is hinged on residential developments of varying density and mixed uses where communities are comfortable and at ease with the living environment.
We are able to explore density and unit mix for our clients through using BIM at masterplanning. It enables us to work closely with all our clients and provide information on different unit type mix and the impact of unit type on density, this information is valuable for appraisals and enables our clients to take informed decisions though the design process as the design is evolving.
